ACCESS TO INFORMATION

In terms of the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2 of 2000 (PAIA), any person may request access to records held by Thorburn Security Solutions, provided the record is required for the exercise or protection of a right.


Requests must be submitted using the prescribed PAIA Request for Access Form, in accordance with the procedures outlined in our PAIA Manual, and may be subject to a fee.

Thorburn Security Solutions (Pty) Ltd is a member of Tsebo Solutions Group and follows the Group’s governance policies, subject to their terms and scope. Thorburn remains a separate legal entity.
The policies below apply to Thorburn unless stated otherwise. Group references apply to the equivalent Thorburn structure where relevant and do not override Thorburn’s legal, regulatory, contractual or operational obligations. Questions must be referred to Thorburn management or the relevant Tsebo Group Legal, Compliance or Governance function.
