THE CHALLENGE
Many sites have security risks that require more than just a guard. Some sites need multiple-directional visibility, as well as the ability to manage incidents and engage with response teams, combined with the need for a rapid deployment unit that can function autonomously.
Security guards may be exposed to posts that impact on safety requirements (such as mines) posing risks to human life.
THE SOLUTION
The surveillance tower is an integrated construction with a solar-powered energy source and battery back-up. No power or communication inputs are required as these are already part of the integrated solution.
The unit can protect itself. All activations are monitored from the national control centre that manages responses and incidents through live-streaming video footage.
The system includes time-lapse image capture, which supports progress footage at construction sites.
