Tsebo further enhances its leadership expertise, with 27 managers graduating from the GIBS Senior Manager Development Programme.
We are proud to announce the graduation of twenty-seven of our top managers (including 3 from Thorburn) from the Tsebo Senior Manager Development Programme (SMDP), presented by the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Science (GIBS). The graduation ceremony took place on Tuesday, the 24th of July at the Gordon Institute of Business Science in Illovo.
The programme aims to develop advanced management skills as well as analytical and creative decision-making competencies for functional and/or general managers at senior management level. The three-year course focuses on areas such as strategic thinking and leadership, transformation and change management, governance, ethics and reporting principles, as well as innovation, technology and knowledge management.
